I had a great weekend getaway! The hotel staff were super friendly and spoke English well, which made things easier. The room was spacious and really comfortable, just like the photos! Plus, breakfast was a highlight with both Taiwanese and Western options that kept changing each day. The location was also convenient, only a leisurely 10-minute walk to the MRT, which gave us easy access to explore the area.
On the downside, there were a few things that could use improvement. First, there was quite a bit of noise from the nearby MRT track, especially in the evening. I found the lighting around the wardrobe a little dim, making it tough to see. Lastly, we encountered a rather awkward situation at breakfast when we were stopped for taking our plates to the room—definitely a first for me! But overall, it was still a good experience.

I had a great experience during my business trip! The room was super spacious and clean, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. The hotel's location is spot on, easy access from the airport and well-connected to nearby attractions. Plus, I loved the diverse breakfast options - there was something new every day! The staff were friendly and even helped me book a taxi without any hassle.
On the downside, the shower was a bit short for my height, which made for an awkward experience. I had to wait longer than expected for check-in, which was a little frustrating. everything was solid!

I can't believe we had to pay upfront at midnight after a long flight. The receptionist was so demanding, which added to our stress. Plus, the shower was ridiculously short-I had to bend down to wash my hair, and that was so awkward!

Had a great weekend getaway! The hotel is super close to the MRT, just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and clean, which was a pleasant surprise. Loved the huge bathroom with both a shower and a tub-ideal for relaxing after a day out. Breakfast was also a treat, offering tasty Taiwanese and Western dishes.
On the downside, I found the shower to be a bit short for my height, which was a little uncomfortable. There were also some noisy guests during breakfast, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. Lastly, the breakfast hours felt a bit short, especially on holidays when you want to sleep in! A few more options for towel hooks in the bathroom would be nice too.

We stayed for a few nights at this hotel and we loved it because of its cleanliness and proximity to the train station. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. We had a great experience parking our car here and didn't have to worry about safety or space. there was a variety of transportation options, including buses that connected to popular areas like Tamsui and Taipei Zoo. The breakfast spread was generous and offered a taste of local cuisine alongside familiar options like cereal, toast, and coffee.
Nothing to mention.

Located near an airport MRT line station, this new hotel is perfect for those looking to stay close to the airport. Guests can enjoy a spacious room with a huge bathroom and beautiful bathtub, as well as free, underground parking. the men's bathroom downstairs is sparkling and the staff is very helpful. An added bonus is the free self-service laundry available to guests.
The hotel's breakfast could use some improvement, with some guests noticing fewer food options left and no refills.

Great location and accommodating staff
I had a wonderful city break at the hotel in Taishan. The location couldn't have been better, just a block away from the metro station. The friendly staff helped me with directions and even gave me a map to make sure I didn't get lost. The room was quiet, clean and had ample hot water. I also enjoyed the interesting hill-side cemetery behind the property.
The breakfast offered was rather bland and could have had more variety, including more Western options. The internet was also quite slow, which was a bit frustrating.
